INSPIRATION FOR HUMAN
Dear our beloved parents,
We are living in an era of digital technology, artificial intelligence, or the metaverse which has been popular in every corner of life. PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) forecasts that by 2030, global GDP could increase by 14% thanks to the support of AI. CitiGroup estimates that 5 billion people around the world will use Metaverse daily by 2030. According to the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, the 4.0 technology revolution has been posing great challenges to Vietnamese society in terms of increasing the quantity and quality of technological and technical human resources. Some reports also highlight technology industries that are likely to grow rapidly as regards the demand in the labor force in the near future such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, Big Data processing, Blockchain, Robots, and so on. In Vietnam, the problem of highly skilled personnel in the field of science and technology is still a challenge.
As a young Vietnamese with multi-dimensional experiences in life, I always aim to make a small contribution to the development of future generations of the country. More importantly, now that I have been working in the education field, I myself realize my responsibility in human resources management for the country. Looking at future trends, I find that science-technology skills, the ability to connect people, and emotional skills will be one of the golden keys that today's generation empowers future generations, helping them to confidently become global citizens and embrace a new era.
These thoughts have inspired me to gather people with the same passion and courage to pursue the dream of creating a preeminent and humane educational platform for the community. We have chosen an innovative STEAM-oriented education, and then pioneered the application of full STEAM in the education system of Hai Dang Xanh Preschool. From curricula, teachers, and facilities to educational experiences, 100% of them are thoroughly researched and designed based on the STEAM platform. STEAM education is an interdisciplinary approach, in which children learn and find their own ways to solve a real-world problem by project based on the meanings of 5 letters S T E A M standing for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. STEAM Education in Hai Dang Xanh Preschool is the golden key to develope future generations of creativity, intelligence, and inspiration.
Deeply understanding the expectations of parents in Hai Phong about an international-standardized educational environment, where children develop the necessary skills to reach out to the world with kindness, love, and equality – Hai Dang XanhPreschool was born with the vision of “Becoming a pioneer in applying full international-standardized STEAM education" with the mission of "Creating a comprehensive STEAM standard education system for children to become kind, intellectual and inspirational global citizens".
At Hai Dang Xanh Preschool, INSPIRATION with good values for the community is the guideline that helps us BE CONFIDENT to take action FOR HUMANS, pioneering in inspiring humanity to children. As they grow up, they will continue to spread that inspiration to the community, creating a world full of kindness and love. When studying at Hai Dang Xanh preschool, children will practice SHACIE culture- 6 core values that we want to instill in our "little sailors": S – Passion for discovery, H – sincere love, A – Openness, adaptability, C – Cooperation, I – Creativity, E – Equality. These will be the values that children will own to become SHACIE global citizens with the help of Hai Dang Xanh preschool.
Last but not least, I believe that Hai Dang Xanh Preschool with the enthusiasm and effort of the team will become a lighthouse, helping the children to have a solid foundation of skills and physical health to step out of their comfort zone.
